As a frequent passenger on ships/boats, the Angled Measuring Cup is very useful in oceans near the equator where gravity affects the equilibrium of liquid/objects. I use this to cook with on passenger ships and it works very well. You can read the Measurments at any Angle. During storms it comes in handy.
When I have 2 of the same style of measuring cup.you wouldKNOW that I love these measuring cups. Great 'look down' tosee how full the measuring cup is.no more picking it up tolook from the side and maybe spill some of the contents.(Not me.no, I have never done that before). Great additionto a kitchen shower gift.
OXO Good Grips 1-Cup Angled Measuring CupOk, so you know how when you use the traditional measuring cup, the measurement can be a little over or a little under dependent on how you look at it. Well, this solves the problem. Of course, I am not a professional chef by no means, but this is soooooooo easy to use.
Have had these over five years and could't be happier. Amazon shipping was fast and OXO quality is great, plus the cup can be measured looking down the top. Would buy again.
Easy to read, Dishwasher safe. A huge step up from the old glass one I have. All the OXO products I have i like. I know a caterer and they use OXO products so you know they are good stuff.
